About Goliath OS
We built this because the existing tools were insulting.
Most CRMs for the trades treat a 4-truck HVAC company like a mid-market enterprise. $7,500/mo and a year of onboarding — for a shop that does $2M revenue. That math doesn't work. Goliath OS does.
The story
Goliath OS started as an internal tool. We were running a home-services business — generators, HVAC, electrical — and paying for ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Online, Twilio, Mailchimp, an answering service, three Zaps holding it together, and a sales-pipeline spreadsheet. Five tools. Seven invoices. An integration tax that ate two days of a bookkeeper's week.
We tried Housecall Pro. We tried Jobber. Both are great for a sole-proprietor with one truck. Both fall apart the moment you add an apprentice, a commercial GC project, or a real commission structure. The bigger systems work — but they cost more than a junior tech's salary, and onboarding takes longer than we'd been in business.
So we built one tool that does all of it. Same data model from lead capture through to the GL. Voice-first for techs. AI that checks with a human before anything important. Pricing that assumes you actually need to make payroll this Friday. Built in 2026 with the AI primitives that didn't exist when ServiceTitan was designed.
Goliath OS is the tool we wished existed when we were running our own shop. Now we're shipping it to everyone else who wants it.
What we believe
9/10 or don't ship
Every feature has to land at 9/10 in one pass. No half-built V1s. No "we'll polish it next sprint." If it isn't ready, it stays in the backlog.
AI checks with a human
On every important action — sends, payments, dispatch, deletes, money flows — AI proposes, a human approves. Always. We will not auto-send your customers an invoice.
Built for the trades
The contractors using this software are the people we built it for. We answer support tickets ourselves. The roadmap is public. If you tell us something is broken, it gets fixed.
What we're not
- ×Not a venture-backed unicorn. We don't answer to investors who want us to pivot to mid-market every 18 months. The 4-truck shop is the customer.
- ×Not a chatbot wrapper. The AI features are real RAG with citations, real tool-calls into real data, and real safeguards. Not "ChatGPT plugins for HVAC."
- ×Not a hosted spreadsheet. We have a real accounting GL, a real dispatch optimizer, real PWA tech app with offline writes, and real customer self-service. The category-replacement is the whole point.
Where we are
Hamilton / Niagara region, Ontario, Canada. The Canadian market is first-class — Bill 96 fr-CA compliance, GST/HST/PST tax engine, Flinks bank feeds, T4/T2200 payroll — shipped on day one, not as an "international add-on."
We service the entire US and Canada. Stripe + Plaid for US payments + bank feeds; Stripe Canada + Flinks for Canadian.
